A lot of time and thought has gone into the design of our containers. Each large space has its own front door which folds down to form a ramp for unloading. This means that each horse can be attended to individually without having to disturb the others.

Each space has a foam-filled bum pad for extra comfort and to prevent the horses tails from being rubbed. These are covered with PVC for ease of cleaning. The floors are covered with thick non-slip rubber tiles which makes them easy to clean and therefore very hygenic. The rubber floor also provides extra comfort to the horses during their trip.

We can completely remove individual partitions to make up double spaces – perfect for accommodating mares and foals. The partitions in our containers are unique, in that they are removable from the front of the container without having to disturb any horses. They are solid right down to the floor. This means that there is no way that your horse can get kicked by any other horse. They are also much safer than steel partitions where there is always the risk that if a horse kicks or scrambles, he could easily get a leg caught.

Our containers have been inspected and approved by MAF, AQIS and the Australian Maritime Safety Authority.
